We provide brand identity, business systems, automation, SEO, portals, strategy and related implementation services as described in proposals or statements of work. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Consultations

Free consultations are informational and non-binding. Recommendations may change after detailed discovery. No obligation arises until a formal proposal is accepted.

Payment

Fees, payment schedules, and refunds are defined in your signed proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, setup fees are due before implementation begins; recurring fees are billed monthly in advance.

Intellectual property

Client data and business content remain yours. Custom work built for you is licensed for your business use as defined in your agreement. Our frameworks, templates, and pre-existing tools remain our property.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided professionally and in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
